What is a nanny share?

A nanny share is when two (sometimes three) families jointly employ one nanny, sharing the cost while providing personalized, in-home care for their children.

Whether you already have another family in mind or are starting completely from scratch, PioCare guides you through the entire process — from idea to placement. We handle the matching, sourcing, structure guidance, and ongoing support so you can focus on your family.

Why families choose nanny shares
  • Lower childcare costs — split between two families
  • Higher, more competitive pay attracts better nannies
