Interview
We will send candidates as they show interest in the job. You will get a bio of the candidate to get a bit of a gauge of who they are. You set up interviews directly with the candidate and let me know how things go! We suggest reaching out ASAP to candidates via text as some candidates are interviewing with multiple families.
Hire
Make a direct offer to the nanny you think is best for you and your family. We have resources for contract templates or payment solutions. Feel free to reach out with questions or if there are other ways we can support you.

Interview
We will send the job descriptions for other families as they show interest in the share. If it seems like a good fit, I will connect you via text and youll set up initial calls.
- initial phone call to verify logistics are aligned
- Meet & Greet (I recommend at hosts house to see the house set up for kids) : this is great to evaluate styles/compatibility
- Trial: Trials help to ensure the full dynamics are aligned.
Onboard
Once you are aligned, you’ll let me know so we can close out the job. We have resources for contract templates or payment solutions. Feel free to reach out with questions or if there are other ways we can support you.
Finders fee is due week 1 when the family starts.
