My name is Dylan O’Connor, and I’m a Chicago native with nearly a decade of childcare experience. I attended the University of Denver, where I was introduced to PioCare and inspired by a thoughtful approach to childcare.

After returning to Chicago, I saw a need for a similar model built on trust and genuine care. Alongside childcare, I’m also a freelance
floral designer in Chicago, working on weddings and events and teaching floral design and plant care classes.
