Founder of Longhorns Care
Hi! My name is Aili, and I recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (hook ’em!) with a Bachelor of Music, with an emphasis in cello. I’m currently a professional cellist, and I also work as a nanny, bringing in over 12 years of childcare experience.
I was introduced to PioCare through a family relocating to Austin from Colorado and was immediately impressed by their services and strong core values. That experience inspired me to launch Longhorns Care here in Austin, with the goal of providing families with more accessible, reliable childcare options in the area.

Pay the $35 Initial Fee
Submit the non-refundable $35 initial fee via Venmo: @LonghornsCare or Zelle: 832-525-7333 to confirm you’re serious about the search.
Receive & Interview Candidates
Aili will start sending candidates as they show interest. Text them promptly — use the outreach template below — and keep Aili updated on how interviews go.
“Hi, my name is [your name]. Aili from Longhorns Care gave me your contact and said you were interested in our role with [# kids], ages [ages], from [times] on [days] in the [neighborhood] neighborhood. We’d love to set up an interview this week. Are you free [suggested times]?”
Pay the Finders Fee
The finders fee is due by the end of the first week your nanny starts. It’s pay-what-you-want with minimums and no maximums. Most families pay one week’s pay.
