The PioCare membership is designed for families who need date nights, sick days, school closures, weekend coverage, occasional pet sitting, and other one-off requests throughout the year. One flat annual fee, unlimited requests.

Sign Up & Pay
Fill out the form below and pay the $50 annual membership fee. Once confirmed you’re all set to start sending requests.
Send Your Job Request
Email Maddy a short job description — date, time, ages, location, pay rate, and any special details. Use the template below as your guide.
We Send a Match — You Confirm
We’ll send you the caregiver available for your request. Reach out directly to confirm — they hold your spot for 48 hours, so text them promptly!
What to include when you email us

- Date, start time & end time
- Number of children & their ages
- Your neighborhood / location
- Hourly rate you’re offering
- Whether they need a car
- CPR certification required?
- Any allergies or health issues
- Meals provided? Pets in home?
Saturday 8/17 from 5–9 pm. We have 2 kids — Link (6) and Cam (10). We pay ~$X/hour and we’re in the Cory Merrill neighborhood. Prefer someone CPR certified but not required. We do not need a driver but ask you get yourself to and from our place. We will have dinner for the sitter. We have a dog so pet-friendly sitters only. Our oldest has severe nut allergies so please do not bring anything to our house.
